A portion of the proceeds raised from this event will go directly to Thresholds’ Homeless Outreach Program.
Giving has never been so sweet!
Each night in Illinois, more than 80,000 people experience homelessness. A portion of the proceeds from this year's A Sweet Affair will go directly to support the Thresholds Homeless Outreach Program. As Chicago’s only citywide mental health homeless outreach program, their primary goal is simple: to get people living with mental illnesses off the street and help them recover and regain their lives. We believe it is not enough to simply be available to the people who need our services — we need to bring our services to them.
What better way to shop this holiday season than in support of the Thresholds Junior Board's Annual Winter Items Drive! It's easy to make sure our clients who are homeless have what they need to face the colder temperatures, so they can focus on recovery.
